Greg Bear – Quantico

All the other Greg Bear novels I’ve read were much more futuristic than this one. This book is the near future. It’s nearly the present, except some of the tech is a bit futuristic. Basic story is some FBI types need to find a terrorist who might have a crap load of genetically modified anthrax, or something similar, that he is planning on spreading all over the place.
A pretty good read. More thriller than sci fi.
