And we are remodeling our house. The year we were engaged was the big one (plumbing, electrical, kitchen, bathroom, new wood floors). The year after that was the upstairs (expanding master BR, adding storage closet, new drywall, re-doing the Tiny Bathroom) & exterior (siding, insulation, new windows, rebuilding the garage, & paint). This summer was landscaping:

We are trying to figure out whether to move forward on finishing the basement, or move to a new house.
That is more-or-less everything that is up with me.
